The Garden Initiative: Cultivating Commitment

To further secure and enhance the Nutrition Programme, a portion of private land has been dedicated to cultivating fresh produce. This personal investment is focused on ensuring the long-term success and nutritional quality of our school kitchens.

From Our Land to Their Plates: Supplementing School Nutrition

We are actively developing this land to produce a consistent supply of nutrient-rich, seasonal vegetables and fruits. A significant portion of every harvest will be delivered directly to the Agnafiafy school kitchen.

The Garden Initiative will serve as a vital supplement to our current food purchases. It guarantees an extra supply of high-quality, locally-grown produce, helping us maximize nutritional value for the children while optimizing cost savings for the programme.

Follow the Journey

We are committed to transparency. We will share frequent photo updates, documenting the journey from cultivation to the delivery of the fresh harvest to the children.

Helping the Garden Grow?

This special project is maintained and funded through personal effort and resources.
We are not seeking general monetary donations here.
However, if you wish to share seeds, seedlings, or plants that align with our objective, we welcome a discussion about a specialized in-kind contribution to maximize the fresh produce we grow for the children.
