Fidèle was born and raised on Île Sainte-Marie and is the heart of the organization’s operations. His experience and deep local knowledge are crucial in all phases of project development, implementation, and follow-up.
With a professional background in communications, Fidèle has worked extensively as a radio journalist and master of ceremonies at events and festivals in Madagascar.
In addition to his work in cultural life—also as a locally known singer and musician—he has taught at local schools and collaborated with health organizations and NGOs in connection with educational work.
His commitment to both formal and social learning, combined with a strong passion for sustainable local development, makes him a key figure in the organization.
He speaks Malagasy, French, and English and has a unique insight into the island’s many local communities.
Fidèle is a respected leader and confidant, and as many say, “Everyone knows him.”



Biography
Fidéle is the Vice President and Operational Manager of Nora. His background in health and music, has led him to a career working with several associations and NGO's providing access to health and education.
