Privacy Policy for NORA
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
Data Controller
NORA-International SI (Denmark) is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through donations, including card payments (via OnPay) and MobilePay. For donations made by direct bank transfer to NORA-Madagascar’s local account, NORA-Madagascar processes only the information visible on the bank transfer itself (such as the sender’s name and the amount) for accounting purposes. No email address is collected, and no confirmation email is sent for this donation method.
Donations
All donations made to NORA are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is allocated directly to our programs and cannot be returned. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g. duplicate charge or technical error), contact us at info@nora-madagascar.com within 10 days and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
