About NORA

These terms apply to donations made to NORA-Madagascar and are provided by NORA-International S/I, the Danish organisation responsible for receiving and administering donations.

Donations and refunds

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

As a donor, you do not obtain any membership or voting rights in NORA or any influence over its governance.

If you believe a payment has been made in error or that you have been charged more than once, please contact NORA at info@nora-madagascar.com.

One-off donations

A one-off donation is charged once and does not renew automatically.

Recurring donations

If you choose a recurring donation, the selected amount will automatically be charged once a year until you cancel.

You can cancel your recurring future donation at any time from your My Account section.

Receipt

A confirmation of your donation will be sent to the email address provided when making the donation.

Email communication

The email address provided when making a donation may be used to send donation confirmations, receipts and other necessary information relating to your donation. For recurring donations, this may include information about upcoming or completed payments, renewals and cancellation.

Personal information

Personal information provided in connection with a donation is processed in accordance with NORA’s Privacy Policy.
